However, the interior reveals a highly contemporary design with multiple bay windows, high domed ceilings, 2 levels of terraces, 5 gas fireplaces, 5 bedrooms with 5.5 baths, stone and wood flooring, and upscale wainscoting, moldings, and cabinetry. Unexpected for an intown house, the exterior could not be more enchanting. There is a powered stream which cascades down the hill to a small koi pond with a most soothing sound. The lower terrace is framed by large columns and a flagstone terrace. The high deck looks out over exquisite architecture and beyond. Both terraces have plumbed gas grills and dining areas. The kitchens are both dominated by massive 6'X9" granite slab islands with sinks and triple chandeliers, and both have breakfast nooks with 5 bow windows looking out to the lower terrace and deck respectively.
